Within the scope of project management consultancy services, from the beginning of the project Mcon<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0By offering a consultancy service that you will experience with the privilege, we redesign all processes that are determined to need to be handled differently in order to achieve the project goals. We provide consultancy services to our customers on improving project management processes by taking advantage of our knowledge in order to contribute to obtaining optimum efficiency and results from all processes of the projects and to solving the problems that may occur during the project period in the most effective way.<\/p>\n

Our goal is to increase the efficiency of all central and project teams in the project management system used by our customers and to support our customers in using their resources in the most effective way in today's conditions of increasing competition. Based on our experience and research, we collect information about potential problems by collaborating with our customers in order to determine the causes of problems that may occur in the process from project design to completion and to establish a better project management system.<\/p>\n

In order to improve the project management process, we create process analyzes by detailed analysis of the collected information and customer opinions. As a result of the analyses, we create a comprehensive road map for our customers by carrying out studies that will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management processes, help reduce faulty manufacturing and optimize the use of project resources.
